Tyson Lee

Tyson Lee, creative director and founder of Mister Lee Designs is a floral artist based in San Francisco, California. He is known as the sculptor of dying things but will always bring flowers for gracious living to every space! As a self taught florist from the age of 15, Lee approaches floristry with a sculptural aesthetic with a balance of masculinity and femininity to his work. With over 20 years of experience, his love of floral goes beyond the stem and enters the world of design in fashion and interiors. Lee continues to challenge himself not with just creating beautiful objects but unforgettable memories for his clients and even himself.

As a child growing up in a family of floral artist Tyson spent his early years watching and absorbing the craft of expert floral designers. Through that exposure, he taught himself to arrange and design flowers, a craft that has become the cornerstone of expression for this multidisciplinary artist.

While at SF State, where he earned a degree in Interior Design, he worked retail for established brands Marc Jacobs and Fendi. Combining his experience in luxury retail with his roots in floral design, visual merchandising came naturally to him. In 2012 Mulberry hired Tyson and he was quickly promoted through the ranks to be the companies west coast visual coordinator.

When creating solutions for clients Tyson strives to embrace and express each individual personality. From original floral work intended for commercial spaces to full scale wedding design to visual merchandising & wardrobe styling.
